With further enhancement of this technology, the potential to optimize processes throughout the business world will grow at a good pace. While developers work to build a custom solution for the processes, companies need not wait for the custom solution and can implement an Robotic Process Automation solution instead which will save time and cost to the company. Because of the scope of its application, Robotic Process Automation will be widely used in different domains and industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Analytics, Aviation, Oil and Gas and Legal. In the near future, data entry and data rekeying jobs will be managed with automated tools and techniques. All computer aided processes that are governed with a set of protocols will be managed with the help of this technology. It will be used for improvised analytics and improved data accuracy. Formatting tasks will be managed with the help of Robotic Process Automation because of the set of rules that govern its functioning. Wider Adoption in the coming years: RPA will be used to manage and integrate various different processes which will help the companies in efficient functioning. Artificial Intelligence (AI):The next stage of this technology will move beyond rule-based technology and will include AI aspects. Emergence of SPA (Smart Process Automation): SPA or Smart Process Automation is believed to be an extension of Robotic Process Automation. The purpose of SPA will be to automate the unstructured data work that robotics is incapable of managing all by itself. SPA is expected to be a combination of Machine Learning and robotic process automation. Integration with other tools: Robotic Process Automation will be used along with other tools and technologies. Robotic Process Automation will be able to expand on its own. RPA 2.0: The next big change of this technology will see more of AI, Digital Employees, Total Workforce, and Digital Transformation.
